The renderings only represent the appearance and shape of the product, but in order to transform it into a lighting product, further analysis of the structure of the lighting product is necessary: the production process of the lighting product, from design drawings to sample production, is a series of processes.

(1) The renderings are only the surface shape of the product, and how the structure inside the product is assembled depends on the characteristics of the interior of the lamp. The structure analysis of the lighting fixtures in the above renderings is as follows:

The structural analysis of lamp products is the beginning of product planning documents, which includes important links such as the design sketch of lamp products and the production and design process of drawings. There should be no mistakes in the production drawings, and it is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis and design of the drawings to understand the relevant constraints.

To ensure accurate product structure design, the entire production process needs to be closely linked, which requires high accuracy of lighting design data. And it is necessary to implement the design, mold opening time, and the rationality of the feasibility structure, and to conduct feasibility analysis. Striving to achieve product rationalization and branding in the market as soon as possible is a key component. After the analysis of the lamp structure is completed, the analysis list of this lamp needs to be compiled.

(2) Lamp accessory diagram. The accessory drawing is a construction drawing that cannot be further divided into accessories. It is also the most detailed mechanical Engineering drawing of accessories. It requires drawing the shape of accessories, indicating dimensions, and proposing technical requirements and precautions for complex accessories, which serve as the technical basis for operators during processing. For complex patterns, samples or digital color photos are also required.

(3) Luminaire rendering. The lighting effect diagram is an explanatory image that is as clear as a photo. It requires the appearance, shape, material, and properties of the product to be displayed as accurately as possible. And the perspective relationship should be accurate, avoiding distortion and deformation as much as possible, giving people the feeling of product photos. Complex components require multi angle renderings. It is best to have six sided and perspective renderings.

(4) Schematic diagram of lamp disassembly and assembly. The disassembly and assembly diagram is a three-dimensional diagram that represents the internal relationships of a product. It moves each component of the assembly apart by a certain distance according to the corresponding relationship of the assembly, making its internal and assembly relationships clear at a glance. The disassembly and assembly diagram requires all components to be numbered and a detailed list of components to be listed on the diagram.

(5) 1:1 blueprint for lighting fixtures, suitable for lighting fixtures with complex shapes and certain requirements for processing accuracy. In order to meet the processing needs of accessories, designers must draw design drawings with consistent proportions according to the actual shape and size, including front view, top view, and side view.
