The approval of lighting design drawings is a crucial part of the entire mold and drawing production process. For the review and confirmation of feasible preventive measures and drawings, relevant department personnel must carefully review and verify them. Responsibilities of personnel in various positions of lamp product development and management:

The lighting designer is responsible for the design and development of new products; The lighting engineering designer is responsible for drawing the construction process Engineering drawing according to the design renderings determined by the customer; The lighting fixture sampling team is responsible for the sampling of new products and bidding products.

The development of lighting products should also pay attention to the following issues.

Clarify the design concept and purpose of this design: review the renderings; Complete drawings and material lists; Sample making; Review, develop production plans, prepare lighting fixtures and molds, place orders for mass production, and review procedures.

For the review of product development, a "review team" should be established, which is a temporary team composed of various departments such as process, quality, production, material control, finance, and sales, as well as senior leaders of the company. Before the review, a group meeting should be held and relevant materials and forms should be prepared.

During the review, each party should express their own opinions and discuss extensively. Then, the reviewers fill out the review form and submit it to the review team leader for summary, and provide review conclusions, such as determining which ones are passed, which ones need improvement, and which ones are eliminated.
