1) Divergent thinking method. The process of seeking various solutions to the problems arising from the given information is called divergent thinking, or divergent or divergent thinking. For innovative thinking, using divergent thinking to make abnormal associations and trigger new ideas is very important.

Divergent thinking is mainly used in the process of seeking various answers to questions. However, when many different possible answers are proposed, there is a transition from a selection problem to convergent thinking. Therefore, divergent thinking and convergent thinking complement each other in practical design.

2) Disadvantage enumeration method. Disadvantage enumeration is a method of innovative learning. This method, like the hope point enumeration method, is also developed on the basis of the feature enumeration method. The difference is that the method of enumerating shortcomings focuses on analyzing the fundamental shortcomings of things in order to seek solutions.

Its theoretical basis is that improving old things mainly means improving the shortcomings of old things. By listing the shortcomings of old things, existing problems can be identified and solutions can be found. As this method mainly focuses on the shortcomings of old things, it generally does not touch the essence and overall nature of the original things, and belongs to a passive thinking method, making it difficult to create new works. When using this method to list the shortcomings of things, just like the feature enumeration method, it is necessary to analyze from three aspects: describing the characteristics of nouns, adjectives, and verbs of things. This method operates in the same way as the hope point enumeration method in general procedures.

3) Intellectual Incentive Law. The intellectual motivation method is an important method in innovation. Its form is a group of people expressing their own opinions, inspiring each other, and freely discussing a specific problem, seeking solutions from multiple perspectives.

The intellectual stimulation method is also known as brainstorming. The theoretical basis of this method is:

① Associative reactions. When discussing problems in a group, every new idea proposed can evoke associations from others, generate a chain reaction, and form a passionate infection of associative reactions. Collective discussion of problems without any restrictions can stimulate people's enthusiasm, infect each other, and compete to speak, forming a trend and proposing more new ideas:

② Competitive awareness. In a competitive environment, a person's psychological activity efficiency can increase by 50% or more.

③ Desire for freedom. Unconstrained discussions satisfy individuals' desire for freedom, activate their thinking, and promote new ideas to stand out. This method is conducted in the form of a group, and two groups should be established: the concept group (idea group) and the expert group (evaluation group). It is best for members of the concept group to have rich abstract and imaginative abilities, composed of people from different professions, cultural levels, and without affiliations. The expert group should be composed of individuals with analytical and evaluative abilities. The number of participants in each group should be 6-10, and they should be divided into two groups for activities. The specific activities are as follows: 1. The concept group will discuss the problem, and then the expert group will analyze, evaluate, and judge the various concepts proposed. The principle of postponing judgment must be adhered to when holding an intellectual incentive meeting to avoid stifling the emergence of new ideas. 2. Encourage 'free association'. Allow to propose seemingly absurd and ridiculous viewpoints, as they are likely to generate new ideas with great value, seeking quality through quantity. The more new ideas are proposed, the greater the likelihood of solving problems. 3. Welcome to take advantage of the situation. Participants can integrate the ideas of others and then propose their own ideas, and can also leverage or transform their own ideas. Among the above basic principles, the principle of delaying judgment and the principle of seeking quality based on quantity are particularly important.
