6. Trenching, carving and milling flower decorations

The polishing of copper lamp accessories, also known as sanding, is called grooving in some enterprises, which involves polishing the gaps in some concave patterns, mainly polishing the parts that are not polished properly. Only after polishing, can surface treatment be carried out. Usually, an air compressor is used to drive the drill bit and use a pen holding operation to carve and mill on the surface of the product. During carving and milling, due to the possibility of surface dander hitting the face or injuring the eyes, a glass protective box should be installed during work, with both hands extended into the box for operation, so that the eyes can see inside and protect them.

7. Drilling and tapping

Mill the surface to be drilled flat, and then drill or tap. The connection of accessories is mainly through the connection between the tooth rod and the tooth rod.

8. Welding

Many complex accessories cannot be produced solely through one-time molds, but can be decomposed into multiple parts for welding. Welding mainly includes wind welding and sub arc welding. Subarc welding has better welding effects than wind welding. However, sub arc welding has too strong light, high radiation, and can cause harm to the human body.

9. Polishing

The finished accessories must be polished to make the surface bright, and the purpose of surface brightness is for electroplating, painting, and baking treatment. There are generally two types of surface treatment: one is surface electroplating; Another type is spray painting or baking paint. Both methods require polishing treatment. The polished product must be carefully packaged and must not be touched directly. Soft cloth gloves must be worn during operation. Otherwise, the electroplated product will leave spots. These spots are caused by sweat on the hands. Lamp products that need to be painted should first be soaked in strong acid to remove surface impurities. Therefore, products that are not firmly welded will fall off at this stage and need to be reworked and welded again.
