A Case Study on the Application of Landscape Lights in Outdoor Parks

A Greek urban planning company has recently completed a design case for the application of outdoor park landscape lights, aiming to enhance the beauty of the park at night through the layout and design of lighting, and strengthen citizens' sense of identity and utilization of the park.

In terms of venue selection, the company has selected the amusement park in the north area of the park and the lake area in the west area as the main venues. Rise Lighting provides two different styles of landscape lights tailored to the needs of customers, and has made corresponding adjustments to highlight the characteristics of the venue and form a clear sense of spatial hierarchy.

In the north area of the amusement park, it was finally decided to use the "Light Rain Tree" landscape light, which uses LED lights arranged in a curved shape, with the lights facing downwards, simulating a shower scene under leaves, forming a fuzzy light rain scene. The small trees around the amusement park also adopt the same approach and integrate with the "light rain tree" landscape lights, enhancing the unity and coherence of the entire venue.

In the lake area of the western part of the park, the designer adopted the "Water Moon" landscape lamp, which was inspired by the description of "clear light shining on the water at night" in ancient poetry, mainly presenting the warmth of the moonlight and the calmness of the water surface. The lamp is made of crystal material and is equipped with an LED light source inside.

Through the refraction and reflection of light, it reproduces the scene of the moon in the water, while the row lights on the lake shore simulate the scene of waves hitting the shore to increase the sense of hierarchy and touch in the space.

After this new plan was introduced in the park, it attracted a large number of citizens to pursue it, while also promoting the development of surrounding businesses and the utilization rate of the park. The emergence of new lights has injected new energy into the night economy of cities.
